I love my Juke! I went in looking at buying a Rogue. I test drove a Rogue and liked it, but while they were searching for the right one for me, I kept walking by the Juke and I couldn't stop looking at it. When I walked inside they told me they saw me checking it out and to take it for a test drive, it wouldn't hurt anything. So I took it out and instantly fell in love with it. It's sporty, handles wonderfully, and is very unique looking. It's the perfect size for me! It had everything I was looking for. I had two trade in vehicles and I was afraid that it was going to be a huge hassle. I had put off even going to any car lot because of the pressure I thought I was going to get. They made it very easy, they wrote everything out for me and didn't try to push me into anything. Very easy car buying experience. I would do business with again.

I had the misfortune of having my side mirror torn off of my Nissan Maxima this past spring, but had the good fortune to have taken my vehicle to FW Nissan! The service manager was very friendly and able to fit me into their service schedule later that week and had the parts arrive very quickly. The entire staff was very friendly and the job was done very professionally!

"Wonderful People"
I needed to have recalls done on my car before importing it to the States from Canada. I scheduled an appointment, and a week later brought the car in. I drove up and was immediately taken care of, and was taken back to my home by their shuttle service. When the car was finished, they called, but I forgot there was one more small thing that had to be taken care of. They did take care of it, all within the alloted time. Shuttle service picked my husband up and took him back to Nissan, with no hassles. As a mother of two small boys, I did not know how all the logistics would play out, but the whole thing went very smoothly. I have dealt with three different Nissan Service Centers in two different countries, and never encountered such integrity in any Nissan dealership but this one. A month later, Customs needed the current value of the car. I called and picked the letter up the next morning with a note stating if I needed any more help, to please contact them. Wonderful people!

Fort Wayne Nissan and Infiniti sold me a car that off of their used car lot. I fell in love with this car immediately. During the sale the salesman was perfect and did a wonderful job of answering my questions and making sure that this was the car that I wanted. After the purchase there were issues that needed to be dealt with and the manager was AWESOME!!! He was all about customer service and had no problems making sure that my car was taken care of right!!!!

We are VERY pleased with our new car buying experience. Based on attitude, low pressure sales technique, and bottom line pricing this was the easiest and most pleasureable automotive purchase we have ever made together. While at the dealership signing papers, etc, I encountered the General Manager for the dealership away from the showroom floor. Without knowing we were buying a new car I received his business card and the assurance that if we were anything less than pleased with the service we received at ANY time we should contact him directly. Brian Daley, my sales agent was a breath of fresh air from the typical "car salesman".

Very nice experience at Ft Wayne Nissan. All dealers and salesman should be as professional as who I dealt with. Brian Daley was my salesman. No high pressure sales pitches. Honest also. Grade "A" in my book. Brian and me communicated via emails. that was great/ no phone calls was the best part.
